WHY THIS MATTERS
Family Services
RISE’s Family Services division supports children in foster care or at risk of entering foster care due to neglect or abuse. Each year, approximately 9,000 children in Arizona need safe foster placement. RISE plays a vital role in meeting this need through recruitment, training, licensing, and retention of high quality foster homes.
RISE supports an average of 200–250 children in foster care annually. Your sponsorship helps us continue providing safety, stability, and hope to Arizona’s most vulnerable youth.
Pediatric Therapies
RISE’s Pediatric Therapies division provides essential services to children living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). While these children deserve every opportunity to thrive, the costs of therapies and adaptive equipment can be overwhelming for families.
Funds raised through RISE & Ride help offset these expenses for families in need. According to the Arizona Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, approximately 60,000 children in Arizona are living with developmental disabilities. Your support ensures more children receive the therapies and supports they need to grow, learn, and succeed.
