It reduces your tax obligation dollar-for-dollar up to $500 for individuals and $1,000 for couples. In order to qualify, you must donate by check or online by April 15, 2022, and you must be an Arizona resident.

2. How Do I Claim This Credit?

When you’re filing your state income tax return and you have made a donation to RISE Arizona, there are two steps you need to take to make sure you receive this valuable tax credit. First, you need to file tax forms 352 and 301 along with your state tax return. Second, you need to enter RISE’s Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organization (QFCO) code, which is 11060, on form 352.
