Our Independent Living Homes & Residential Group Homes

Adults who are living with developmental disabilities need a stable and caring home environment to thrive and prosper. At RISE Services, Inc. Arizona, we provide a wide range of residential services to meet the varying needs of these individuals. Whether living in one of our residential group homes or one of our independent living homes, we provide autonomy for them to choose their own daily routine, living arrangements, and level of personal assistance. Our Independent Living Homes & Residential Group Homes

What Are Independent Living Homes?

Independent living homes offer private living spaces for people with developmental disabilities. The goal is to give them a chance to build the life they have always wanted. These individuals can live with a limited degree of independence along with assistance from our direct support professionals. The services we provide are customized and may vary from person to person. They include:

  • transportation for social activities.
  • access to a variety of learning opportunities.
  • behavior consultation.
  • assistance with personal care and grooming.
  • help with making and following a budget.
  • support while grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

What Are Residential Group Homes?

Our residential group homes provide a positive home setting where groups of two to five adults living with developmental disabilities can reside together. They are different from independent living homes as they are meant for those who may require intensive support, a high level of structure, and consistent guidance. These group homes provide a completely customized experience for each individual living there, as well as these benefits:

  • Individual bedrooms for each home member
  • Group activities like meal planning and grocery shopping
  • Comfortable, high-quality homes
  • Involvement in a variety of social settings
  • Decorations based on the particular preferences of each member

How Do I Qualify?

If you or someone you know lives with a developmental disability and requires assistance with daily activities like grocery shopping, attending social activities, or personal grooming, you may qualify for one of these supportive homes.
